A mysterious single cask Undisclosed Speyside (M) 2005 17-year-old Speyside single malt whisky bottled in 2023 by Signatory Vintage for their Cask Strength Collection.

This 17-year-old Undisclosed Speyside (M) 2005 came from Cask #32, a first fill Oloroso sherry butt and has been bottled without colouring or chill filtration, yielding a total of 459 bottles at a robust cask strength of 57.7%.

This was one of the first of what has become a reliable stream of well-aged Speyside (M) casks released by Signatory since 2023, and for fans of the sherried Macallan style speyside whiskies bottled at cask strength there's nothing better. These Speyside (M) single malts are great value too.
