This 16-year-old Speyside (M) 2005 is Edition 13 of the Exceptional Cask 100 Proof range, and matured in Oloroso sherry butts before being bottled without colouring or chill filtration at the standard 100 UK Imperial proof, aka 57.1%. These teenage Speyside (M) indie bottlings from Signatory are incredible value when compared to, say, Macallan at this age.
