This Signatory Exceptional Cask 17-year-old Blair Athol 2007 came from a small batch of first fill Oloroso sherry butts bottled at the standard 57.1%, which is equivalent to 100 Proof in the old UK imperial proof system. Blair Athol’s sturdy Highland spirit is designed for sherry cask maturation and this one should be a superstar.
