DESCRIPTION

Matured in a combination of ex bourbon, oloroso sherry, cream sherry and ruby port casks chosen by master blender David McCabe. With a nose of berry fruit aromas of ripe blackcurrant and raspberries, accompanied by sugar glazed cherries and figs. The palate is full bodied and rounded complementing the decadent sweetness of sun-kissed grapes and autumnal fruits. The finish is rich and lasting, with post still spices, fruit and oak.

• Nose: Sweet notes of red fruits and hedgerow berries, candied cherries, dried figs, and honeyed dates
• Palate: Characterful layers of tannic oak balance rich, fruit-forward sweetness, with juicy sultanas, blackberries, and plums
• Finish: Those dark fruit notes linger alongside hints of marzipan and warming oaken spice
