Bottled in 2022 by Gordon & MacPhail, this 21-year-old Macallan 2000 Speyside single malt whisky was drawn from a single cask and bottled under their Speymalt series. This was one of three sister single cask Macallan Speymalt single casks from the 2000 vintage bottled by G&M in 2022.

This Speymalt 21-year-old Macallan 2000 was bottled from Cask 3241, yielding 248 bottles at its natural cask strength of 54.1%. The wood type isn't stated, but the tasting notes include summer berries with autumn spice and fruitcake. The palate has stewed fruit, demerara sugar and sweet apple.
