Ben Nevis 12YO - North Star Spirits (58.6%, 70cl)

A hearty Highlander from Ben Nevis, this single malt was distilled in November 2012 and spent the next dozen years maturing in a single oloroso sherry hogshead. The cask was opened by North Star Spirits in February 2025, independently releasing a total of 285 bottles.
